ok, aksmn12 here, and sorry if this is a fail critique, but i think this is really good!

pros- well, its really accurate, and much better than i could draw! you got (most) of the colors right, and the fire is really good!

cons- well, the yellow on cyndaquils are more light yellow, while this is more of a orange. also, the end of the nose on your picture ends at a angle, and because of that it almost looks like a snivy's nose, while on a cyndaquil it is mure rounded off. also, it looks pretty tall, you might want to make it shorter and um, fatter.
